- Ensuring the company's policy and procedures are understood and followed.
- Develop the Sales Team, through motivation, coaching and inspiration. Ensuring selling tools are in place to achieve/exceed personal sales goals.
- Analyzation of merchandise logistics, sell thru, and inventory control.
- Perform daily operational task ( staff schedules, sales training, sales objectives, weekly reports.......etc).
- Responsible for all store related issues and the overall ability to take ownership through entrepreneurial thinking.
Ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Luxury Retail Management in RTW
- Extensive customer service skills
- Sales and customer service orientated.
- Highly motivated and self-sufficient. With the ability to pivot in a changing environment.
- Be fashion savvy with impeccable presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: excel, power point....etc
- Be detailed orientated, enthusiastic and a great collaborator.
