Store Manager

We are searching for a dynamic individual who possess the following qualifications.

• Strong team building and leadership skills, with coaching/mentoring capabilities.
• Goal oriented with a strong communication skill, with a motivation to achieve/exceed store goals.
• Expectations in establishing impeccable customer service. Along with the aptitude to communicate the overall aesthetics of the brand. Ensuring an enhanced customer experience. Leading by example.
• Ensuring the company's policy and procedures are understood and followed.
• Develop the Sales Team, through motivation, coaching and inspiration. Ensuring selling tools are in place to achieve/exceed personal sales goals.
• Analyzation of merchandise logistics, sell thru, and inventory control.
• Perform daily operational task ( staff schedules, sales training, sales objectives, weekly reports.......etc).
• Responsible for all store related issues and the overall ability to take ownership through entrepreneurial thinking.

Ideal candidate must have:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Luxury Retail Management in RTW
• Extensive customer service skills
• Sales and customer service orientated.
• Highly motivated and self-sufficient. With the ability to pivot in a changing environment.
• Be fashion savvy with impeccable presentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: excel, power point....etc
• Be detailed orientated, enthusiastic and a great collaborator.
