  • Plan, manage, and implement business strategy for Collection Division of the brand, collaborating with Sales Director, and reporting directly to CEO and CFO
  • Directly manage and grow APAC and AU territories
  • Directly manage and grow a portion of existing Major and Specialty accounts
  • Explore, execute and manage extended partnership strategies such as shop in shops with top accounts
  • Collaborate with design and development by communicating product opportunities and big picture concepts directly related to client feedback
  • Partner with design and marketing divisions to develop client education materials
  • Manage Co-op and advertising budgets
  • Co-manage market preparation responsibilities
  • Facilitate Virtual Trunks Show & Events
  • Provide annual and seasonal sales budgets as well as seasonal projections and market feedback
  • Provide a recap on all final seasonal selling by delivery
  • Provide weekly reporting detailing sales and communicating opportunities across departments
  • Provide support to PR team by coordinating opportunities with wholesale accounts and assisting in Press Days


  • 4-year degree or experiential equivalent relating to Fashion Management
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in wholesale with a proven track record of growth in a senior role working with luxury fashion brand
  • Established relationships with Major, Specialty and International accounts
  • The ability to travel for market as well as for PKs and events up to 12 weeks per year when regular travel resumes
  • Strong written / verbal communications skills
  • MS Office Suite, Joor, Skypad, and ERP systems such as RLM or similar
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced
  • environment with frequently changing deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and disciplined work ethic
  • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborations at once
