How will you make an impact?
This brand new position will see you become an integral part in the continued growth at Watchfinder.
Demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities, you will be responsible for overseeing all day to day financial transactions and project managing the implementation of SAP Vendor Invoice Management
How will you experience success with us?
We believe in working collaboratively and your contributions will assist in the development within the Accounts department and the wider business.
- Managing the effective processing, authorisation and payment of all invoices in accordance with supplier's payment terms, including releasing invoices for payment
- Responsible for the Intercompany recharges and watch purchases as well as the Intercompany netting process
- Ensure the payment of all watches for all Watchfinder entities (UK & International) to agreed payment terms, including the daily Accounts Payable interface to SAP and handling rejected transactions
- Liaise with Richemont Group Finance for Intercompany reconciliations
