MAIN PURPOSE

This role encompasses Talent Acquisition and Learning as a Centre of Excellence for the MEIA region.

The Talent Acquisition Lead will lead on the identification and the recruitment of talents, ensuring a successful talent pipeline for current and future roles. The learning components supports learning opportunities to foster a learning culture across the MEIA region and to provide support on identifying and building necessary organizational capabilities. In addition, the L&D piece will focus on creating learning opportunities/activities to promote employee growth and development in alignment with the Group's vision and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment:

Lead on the region's recruitment needs and give support to the teams regionally by leading to implement the MEIA recruitment strategy & supporting data analytics.
  • Contribute to building the MEIA Talent strategy
  • Lead Regional Mapping initiatives
  • Ensure quality candidates by contributing towards the recruitment process by:
  • Participating in the launch of recruitment with hiring managers & HRBPs
  • Thorough pre-assessment to identify the best skilled and best fit candidates for further interviews and summaries provided to the HRBPs and Hiring Managers
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipeline in Peoplefirst
  • Ensure data integrity in SF
  • Stay ahead, manage & share market intelligence with the regional/global sourcing community & business partners
  • Work on Employer branding for the Region: engaging, connecting and sharing content online that represent the image of Richemont and the Maisons
  • Ensure solid data capture & tracking to contribute to monthly TA dashboard analytics


Learning and Development:

Develop and implement learning & development initiatives eg: Management & Leadership programs, mentoring programs etc

  • Analyze training needs for MEIA employees
  • Evaluate & establish suitable KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training
  • Create & manage quarterly L&D dashboards
  • Oversee & plan ranges of training delivery method for relevant audience: classroom, online, blended, mobile, one on one training, social learning, gaming
  • Manage the LMS ('Learning Management System' Group on- line tool) and compliance requirements
  • With the Head of Talent & Development assess the effectiveness of learning & training tools & vendors
  • Animate the L&D community across the Brands, and liaise with the Group L&D team
  • Lead and control cost optimization by aligning to budget guidelines

Continuous Improvement

  • Research and remain abreast of leading learning trends, tools, practices and technologies related to coaching, mentoring and career development. Identify and provide insights that enable the continuous improvements of related practices and support in building an effective learning environment in the organization.
