Job Details

The Team Lead Content Management is responsible for processes, targets, and guidelines for onsite FEC content planning in support of the respective Category strategies, in line with our Marketing Content Strategy & Content Management targets.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the commercial and creative strategies of Zalando, you are responsible for onsite content curation including teasers, editorial shops, visual merchandising and other content formats.
  • Manage the team responsibilities, priorities, and well-being of 20 team members. Set Content Management objectives, priorities, and targets in support of our Content Strategy and Category Management goals.
  • Define content planning cycles (seasonally, quarterly, weekly) across categories in-line with buying cycles and our global marketing campaign planning. Responsible for seasonal and quarterly performance reporting, together with Senior Content Manager.
  • Align with stakeholders in content distribution and adoption across various onsite and offsite channels, ensuring consistent communications and on-brand messaging. Work with various stakeholders in defining new content formats and optimizing the customer journey through engaging onsite content.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience (7+ years) in marketing with a proven track record in planning, briefing and execution for both commercial and editorial content, experienced within the fashion industry and a keen eye for trends
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, innovation, and attention to detail are required
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders
  • Previous experience leading a medium sized team
