Wholesale Assistant - Mandarin Fluency Required

We have an exciting entry level role for an assistant to work with our global wholesale team. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our dynamic team in New York.

Direct Support to U.S. Wholesale – including day to day communication with Accounts, Order Entry, Reorder/Swaps, Handle OC’S, Maintain Seasonal and Annual Projection Calendars, Gather/Review Weekly Selling Reports, Manage Sample and Marketing Requests from Accounts, Monitor/Price Check Online Sites, Check Ecomm Partners  to ensure Product is Online Correctly, Deliveries are on Site; attention to timing, pricing, styling, track markdowns and promotional activity

• Direct Support to International Wholesale – including day to day communication with Accounts, Order Entry, Reorder/Swaps, Handle OC’S, Maintain Seasonal and Annual Projection Calendars, Gather/Review Weekly Selling Reports, Manage Sample and Marketing Requests from Accounts, Monitor/Price Check Online Sites, Check Ecomm Partners to ensure Product is Online Correctly, Deliveries are on Site; attention to timing, global pricing, styling, track markdowns and promotional activity. 

Job Qualification Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, analytical, problem solver, intuitive, thoughtful
• Ability to learn systems quickly.
• Experience with RLM and EDI a plus
• Microsoft Office 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Mandarin fluency required - written and verbal
