KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The RCS Supply & Matching team is mainly responsible to :
· Manage spare parts for repairs and kit-boxes
· Dispatch "ready to repair" items

Main tasks of the job holder of the position are:
• Matching repair and spare parts (direct procurement)
• Manage repairs waiting for spare parts (responsible for 'supply date' in Gemini). Escalate shortage issue to

Technical Manager/Regional Spare Parts Team.
• Dispatch "ready to repair" for the workshop
• Dispatch repairs to be sent to Boutiques (reverse flows) and sub-contractors. Monitor portfolio (capacity vs. WIP) and performance (leadtime target, quality) of sub-contracted repairs
• Implement & update kit-boxes layout. Replenish kit-boxes
• Supply consumables out of kit-boxes
• Handle picking after picking (ordering and matching)
• Manage and supply tools and supplies (polishing paste, Crevoisier filters, chemicals, pouches etc.)
• Make all transfers within the workshop ("scheduled bus concept")
• Daily reception of spare parts delivered from HK regional office and picking /daily consumption report to logistics supervisor
• Daily order & replenishment of spare parts & accessory/daily arriving shipment control
• In charge of weekly repair order stock take and monthly spare parts stock take
• Weekly quality check & returning process of defective goods (end user's ) & parts coordinating with HK ( both physically & in the system )
• Communication with HK & HQ order delay, repair delay, parts information, technical inquiry etc. )
• Tool equipment control - Supplier contact, order, replenish, repair and destruction

QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree or above
· Minimum 4 years experiences
· Good analysis skills, be good at Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
· Fluent in English (verbal and written)
· Experience at supply chain and/or professional knowledge in SAP is advantage.
· Commercial sense
· Highly organized, detail-oriented and multi-task with excellent time management
