Job Description
We are currently seeking a Store Planning Assistant who will report to the Senior Project Manager and then to the Store Planning Director as part of our dynamic London team.
Your Opportunity
The Store Planning Assistant's role will be to assist project managers and designers in their missions in Architecture design, cost and financial control and management of schedules mainly for stores projects.

Your Opportunity
The Store Planning Assistant's role will be to assist project managers and designers in their missions in Architecture design, cost and financial control and management of schedules mainly for stores projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design:
- Prepare initial analysis presentation ( site plans, photos of the context and competitors , cultural or physical constraints )
- Prepare cad files a nd digital models for design development
- Develop zoning and layout options to meet requirements and evolve the brand identity in both 2d and 3d
- Share the design with the different stakeholders (coordination and support under shadowing of the senior PM)
- Explore new furniture and material idea's based on requirements and context
- Make plans and sketches in 2D / 3D with AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D software
- Manage project coordination with external service providers
- Manage the coordination and proper implementation of the project
- Implement the store concept architectural and lighting Manuals (drawing, sketches, renders)
Suppliers certifications / procurement / budget control :
- Collecting samples, organising the Studio material library, visit Mill s and verify quality of the prototypes
- Bid documents coordination , analysis and reconciliation
- Support in the Project Cost controlling vs. the budget approved by the Group.
- Monthly financial W W capex reporting to Finance and store planning team
- Support the analysis / approval of the invoices, tracking through financial cost report and invoice issuing to Finance for payment
- V arious projects cost analysis and reporting
Project Management / general coordination
- Collect the information necessary for the implementation of projects (photos of construction sites, weekly reporting), debrief and coordination through various department and peers
- Monitor the progress of project milestones and support in keepin g the targets
- Conduct site visits
General activities:
- Store planning direction general assistance and house keeping
- Concept Books for both AMQ and McQ brands, showing all recent projects
- Make and issue periodic report s on ongoing projects
- Produce agenda and reports of the Design Review meeting with the Board
- P rojects presentation through PowerPoint or InDesign and pin-up of hard copies
- Printing drawings and pictures
- Updating the project s on the team and company database s
- Look for materials, suppliers and consultants
- Update the material library and prepare sample-boards to be sent Worldwide
- Update the Product posters
Your skills and experience :
- Educat ed to Degree Level in Architect ure or Interior design
- Architecture experience in Luxury field (Retail, Hotel, etc )
- Second language highly desirable but not esse ntial
- Good computer skills including software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, R hinoceros and good experience in Excel.
- Artlantis studio, Maxwell or Vray
