Für unsere Vertriebsgesellschaft Montblanc Deutschland GmbH, suchen wir zum 01 Januar 2021 eine/einen Retail Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) in Festanstellung und in Vollzeit.
Wie Sie bei uns Ihre Spuren hinterlassen?
- Merchandising Management der Retail Boutiquen & Outlets (inkl. LE Verteilung)
- Unterstützung des High Ticket und Limited Editions Geschäftes, auf Jahres- und Monatsebene in Abstimmung mit dem Grand Vendeur und Montblanc International Retail Operations
- Key User des LEP (Limited Edition Tool)
- SAP Rechte verteilen
- Key SAP User für alle Retail Prozesse
- BTQ hardware adyen Management
- BTQ Infrastruktur inkl. Bestellungen
- Durchführung von Provisionsberechnungen auf Boutique-Ebene
- Verantwortlich für die Durchführung und Steuerung der Haupt - und Zwischeninventuren
- Durchführung interner Audits (ICS Testing) in den Boutiquen zur Überprüfung gesetzlicher und interner Richtlinien gemeinsam mit MBI Finance
- Internes Stakeholder Management
- Organisation und Durchführung interner Retail-Events, wie Boutique Manager Meetings
- Verwaltung der Consignments, Übersichten zur Inventurvorbereitung
Wie Sie bei uns erfolgreich sein werden?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb/Retail und wünschenswert im Marketing
- Dynamische, proaktive Herangehensweise
- Unternehmerisches Handeln
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) und SAP-Kenntnisse
