  • Be the first point of contact between retouch and production as well as other key teams.
  • Set the workflow within the Retoucher team, and adjust in line with the priorities of the studio.
  • Oversee and secure file management of all assets, ensuring quality control on all images and giving feedback to the team on adjustments.
  • Managing retouching requests from the wider business and support marketing with retouching where needed.
  • Working closely with Studio Manager, Production Team and Art Directors to improve quality and efficiency.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a similar position/level.
  • Extensive experience using Photoshop and Creative Cloud programs.

  • Ideally experience managing/leading small size teams.
  • Strong colour correction skills to ensure consistency across all images per product.

  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, and produce a high volume of retouched images.
  • Genuine interest in and understanding of the COS brand and business, in both a visual and commercial sense.
