Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Coordinator to assist the Head of Brand Development in the planning and execution of digital content for our website and social media platforms. To effectively and consistently communicate the Margaret Howell and MHL brands and drive traffic to our website to support ecommerce sales in order to help achieve the company business plan. 

Location

Head Office, W1/ Remote working with travel to head office when required

Key Responsibilities

  • Organisation and implementation of Margaret Howell and MHL e-shot and social media calendar to help drive traffic to the e-shop
  • Liaison with global digital teams (FR, JP, KR) to ensure consistency across all markets
  • Management of Google Adwords, Google myBusiness and SEO to maximise online sales for the business
  • Manage upload of seasonal meta to maximise on SEO potential
  • To make site content updates and amends as and when necessary, to ensure the site is continually up to date and supports the brand and shops
  • Manage resizing and tagging of seasonal non-product site imagery to ensure the website reflects current brand activity
  • Assist with seasonal site imagery upload to ensure the site is continually up to date and supports the brand and shops
  • Produce monthly KPI report to ensure online activity is monitored in order to achieve the best possible results for the e-shop
  • Proactive monitoring of internal and external online activity to identify suitable opportunities to drive brand presence online and e-shop sales
  • Assist internal departments with ad hoc digital support where necessary

Role Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital role, in house or agency
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics / Ads / My Business
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Working knowledge of relevant social media platforms - Instagram / Pinterest / Facebook / Twitter
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal, numerical and analytical skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly

Desirable

  • Degree level or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of Campaign Manager
  • Knowledge of Magento 2 an advantage

Hours

Full-time - 35 hours
