The Media Planning & Buying Coordinator will ensure robust delivery of Media plans in key Asia markets (excluding China).

JOB PURPOSE
The Media Planning & Buying Coordinator will ensure robust delivery of Media plans in key Asia markets (excluding China).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting Global Media Manager to:
- Deliver market-leading performance against inspiration objectives and KPIs
- Defining global media strategy and localisation of global strategy (in partnership with Regional marketing teams)
- Manage media budget allocation across Asia region
- Oversee all media contract negotiations in respective Markets
- Delivering market-leading media plans, focused on Inspiration
- Increased performance against Inspiration KPIs (eg engagement, innovation, brand heat)
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders: Regional marketing teams, media owners, media agency, internal Finance team, etc
- Ensure integrated media strategy across direct buys and Performance Media
- Manage relationship with respective media agency partners
- Ensure robust and efficient financial process
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years media planning & buying experience at brand or media agency (or equivalent)
- Bachelor degree educated, or above
