CRM Specialist

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with a strong analytical mindset to join our team as CRM Specialist.

You will participate to the activities of the team by analyzing and presenting data related to customer behavior and the customer lifecycle of our brand partners, confidently expressing a full understanding of customers’ purchasing patterns. You will support the CRM Manager in retention activities, from conceptualization to analysis, and proactively provide insights and suggest actions to improve the value of our customer base.

The ideal candidate for this role has 1-3 years of relevant experience and a strong passion for fashion and e-commerce.

What you'll do:

• Implement personalized cross channel campaigns (email, onsite, social, etc);
• Identify rules to cluster dynamically the customer base;
• Develop and iterate the digital customer journey and related analytics;
• Analyze and monitor customer base KPIs;
• Support TLG and our brand partners in identifying areas for improvement and new business opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar;
• Proficient Knowledge of at least one of the main ESPs (Salesforce Mktg Cloud, MAPP, Emarsys, Adobe Campaigns,…);
• Passion for digital analytics and customer experience analysis, with proficient knowledge and usage of Google Analytics; 
• Knowledge of HTML is a strong plus; knowledge of code languages such as SQL, Python is also highly recommended;
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
• Willingness to engage effectively across the business and with third parties, at all levels of seniority;
• Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic working environment;
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of second language (especially Italian) is a plus.
