Supervisor Ingolstadt Outlet Village (Fixed term January-July)

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our store in Ingolstadt Outlet Village on a full-time, fixed term basis until July 2021. You will partner with the Store Manager in supervising the sales team, ensuring customers are provided with a luxury experience and thereby driving sales goal attainment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor to every client; act as a "quality control" supervisor ensuring that every interaction with a customer is memorable.
• Display excellent customer service skills, consistently meeting individual sales goals and building relationship with customers.
• Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and consistently follow and enforce company guidelines on back of house operations.
• Assist with the opening and closing of store and deputise for the Store Manager whenever needed.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Fluency in German and English.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a fashion retail environment (small sized team).
• Genuine interest and love for fashion and styling, knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Natural, pleasant and confident attitude.
