Job Details

This role will act as the glue between business, technology, and design to develop the product road map for B2C platform, as well as assist with site updates and strategy.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Pioneer member of the team, your responsibilities include:

  • Co-own product roadmap along with business and technical sponsors and ensure alignment to all stakeholders
  • Oversee the roadmap for E-commerce development, release deployment and juggling both company and business stakeholders’ priorities
  • Administer and approve all final new product delivery and recommend improvements to all products and prepare all business requirements documents and ensure compliance to all product schedule and coordinate with departments to provide an effective interface
  • Assist business leads to review all financials of projects and analyze all key business metrics, perform market research and usability tests on all ecommerce activities and manage all communication plans for projects and provide status reports to management
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues
  • Defining KPIs for all projects and evaluating the success of a project
  • Define strong governance procedures for business to ensure proper process control and documentation

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

 

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Ecommerce, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent

 

Skills:

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in Ecommerce is a MUST – B2C sales process, technology trends and great UI/UX experience
  • Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly preferred
  • Prior experience managing commercial and business metrics for e-commerce business and change management
  • Strong understanding and hands-on working experience of the technical aspect of product development including but not limited to an agile framework, JIRA, SCRUM and Confluence.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Knowledge of IT integration within ERP, OMS and WMS will be a plus
