  • Reimagine the distribution strategy for active European territories.
  • Develop the distribution strategy for new markets: APAC / South America / Africa / etc.
  • Evaluate new potential partners and drive terms negotiation.
  • Own sales plan by region by store & drive sales performance and growth opportunities while also mitigating and solving for risks.
  • Act as the brand ambassador to retail facing community as needed to develop the business in all territories developing relationships with key buyers.   
  • Develop SOP and operational calendar and to support regional needs.
  • Drive to key target deadlines for booking control timing, sample distribution, marketing asset execution.
  • Manage relationships of the distributor network and ensure there is a consistent alignment to brand values, brand strategies and product presentation through all regions.
  • Identify & develop new store opportunities, as well as white space product and price opportunities in partnership with distributors.
  • Design the marketing plan and create tools to facilitate growing existing business and marketing new launches.
  • Manage go to market asset development and price architecture throughout all regions.
  • Understand nuances of competitive landscape and pricing opportunities by region. 
  • Drive seasonal inventory purchasing strategy and manage inventory levels and profitably manage excess inventory liquidation.
  • Financially report on detailed sales performance and trajectory by territory.
  • Attend key shows / host sales meetings as required.
