Title: Graphic & Video Designer

Location:Dallas, Texas (near Uptown area)

Reports into:MarketingTeam

Contract Role: Project based

The Graphic & Video Designer responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. The position is charged with collaborating closely with the in-house graphic designers, message discipline, brand consistency, and predominately marketing support for all aspects of rewardStyle and LIKEtoKNOW.it. Works collaboratively on all matters of creative expression and graphical representation. This role is also ensuring development, adoption and adherence to brand standards.

This role is to ensure the creative development and implementation of world-class communications on a global scale and to keep design consistent with the company's goals and aesthetics. This position requires someone who lives and breathes design and who seeks out the best possible creative answers to Marketing's daily and toughest challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develops innovative and on-strategy designs and experiences that meet the objectives of the brief.
  • Delivers the art direction from concept through to code; thinking holistically about the customer experience from pre to post launch and evergreen.
  • Ensure options for each concept are presented and clearly articulated design rationale
  • Set a blistering design pace on every project; casting vision, minding the details, and solving the work in a meaningful way.
  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance as related to rewardStyle's and LIKEtoKNOW.it image
  • Develop and execute a high volume of creative deliverables and integrated marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C
  • Adopt digital and mobile first design, maintaining knowledge of advancing technology and implementation of creative
  • Manages own work and adheres diligently to deadlines


This position requires an individual who can work well under pressure and is flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary.

Qualification

  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design or other related design discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience required, agency and in-house experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite. Prefer experience in Premier Pro, After Effects, iMovie, Mailchimp and/or other ESPs. Some experience with HTML5 and/or CSS
  • Deadline driven is a must - works well with tight deadlines in a team environment
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and time-management skills- you have to be able to design a logo, event specs, paid digital media campaign, sales collateral layout, social content/insta-stories, storyboard and produce a PR video and direct a photo shoot all in the same week
  • Be scrappy and self-directed - you must roll-up-your sleeves to get the work done as well as manage the team
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, high sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
