As a Commercial Intelligence Analyst you will play a key role in driving commercial projects and support data driven decision making by providing meaningful data analyses to our Partner Program Expansion team. Moreover, you'll work with diverse stakeholders to create and implement first-rate reporting solutions and develop expert knowledge into our many business processes.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Challenge and contribute to commercial decisions based on insights, e.g. identifying commercial triggers, defining relevant partner segmentation
  • Set up and maintain the reporting landscape of the team, drive automation of existing and new reports
  • Communicate complex messages in a simple and facts based manner that leads to actions, has impact and builds trust with key stakeholder
  • Drive data mindset in the team, guide in terms of methodology and support the understanding analyses
  • Change the game by identify improvement opportunities and redefine the ways of working across the different areas of the commercial team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years of experience working with data in a commercial environment, optimally e-commerce and a university degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Math, or comparable subject, with an academic record of high achievement.
  • A commercial thinker with impressive analytical skills. Confidence in building business cases, data-oriented with a strong commercial understanding
  • You understand and use statistics in your day to day life to resolve complex problems.
  • Proficient user of business intelligence systems (ideally microstrategy, Google Analytics). You take MS Office in your stride and consider yourself an expert in Excel. Experience with SalesForece data is a plus.
  • Passion to find data-driven answers to complex issues and challenging questions with limited guidance from start to finish. Ability to formulate easy-to-understand recommendations with compelling and concise narratives to various audiences. You will need to be able to discuss and challenge internal stakeholders
