Partnering with the merchant teams and Regional VM team to ensure the alignment of product with core VM principles to all points of sale.


  • To Implement Regional Visual Merchandising policies and standards throughout the local stores and windows.
  • To partner with the store teams to maximise sales opportunities whilst maintaining the corporate standards and brand image.
  • To partner and cooperate with Regional VM as required on windows and in store VM.
  • To assist in the coordination and implementation of store changes to accommodate events and marketing activity.
  • Regular working with Store Managers to update on the status, strengths and weakness of their areas of responsibility.
  • To be responsible for merchandise used by the display team and to ensure this is accounted for and cared for properly
  • To guide on the store teams, ensuring that they are motivated and fully aware of corporate guidelines and strategy.
  • To demonstrate awareness of current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches and promotions.
