  • Support line planning for shoes, bags and accessories
  • Develop regional collection plans and must-haves for each region based on brand direction, fashion trends and in-depth market understanding.
  • Conduct in-depth post-launch global performance review for each season
  • Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain and Merchandise Planning to develop best sellers/core styles to enhance commercial viability of collection
  • Work with Merchandising Planning Team to drive category growth and profitability
  • Work on suggested retail price strategy with Merchandising Planning Team and identify gaps and needs in pricing strategy
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team on strategic product display to maximize consumer interest and promote sales for the brand
  • Work closely with Training Team for Trend & Product on training material development
  • Shop the market to stay abreast of trends. Compile competitive shopping analysis and present relevant conclusions. Incorporate findings to impact future product line development


  • Degree in Business or Fashion Merchandising
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Experience in regional markets, especially South-East Asia and Greater China
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual
