Wholesale Operations Analyst

Totême is looking for a Wholesale Operations Analyst to join the team in Stockholm. In this role your main responsibilities will be sales forecasting, analysis and reporting, as well as overseeing the wholesale operations and processes. You will work to ensure seamless processes between Totême and the wholesale clients and secure strong client satisfaction at all times. This new role will fill an important function for Totême’s continuous growth with key wholesale partners globally.

 The role

• Support the Wholesale team and key wholesale clients worldwide
• Forecast production volumes, stock levels and reorders
• Analyze stock levels and suggest actions forward
• Perform all administrative tasks related to key clients
• Manage, maintain and populate Totême’s digital sales tool Nuorder
• Support and prepare sales materials, including budget proposals for each sales campaign
• Conduct weekly and monthly reports on sales performance
• Daily ad hoc duties 

Your profile

• Experience from working in a fast-paced fashion environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Experience from working with department stores and global ecommerce partners (preferred)
• Experience from working with sales programs (eg. Nuorder)
• The ability to work both operationally and strategically with a clear focus on the business and results
