Retail Operations Coordinator
Zimmermann has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Coordinator in the high performing Retail Corporate team in our New York City office. Reporting to the US Retail Manager and VP - Global Retail and Operations US, this role is responsible for developing and upholding Zimmermann business policies for the US Retail Network in line with AUS expectations and approvals.
- Operational performance within stores
- Ensuring stores achieve required standard sales and KPI's
- Customer database
- Team support and communication
- Packaging and stationary
- Stock management and loss prevention
- Store openings and maintenance
Skills and Specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in technology and general office equipment
- Proficiency in Excel
