Summary
Be a key contributor in driving Country's business growth by leading and developing annual sales plan working cross functionally with Merchandising, Retail & Finance.
Ensure plans are bottom-up, facts based and financially aligned with Country's strategic directions.
Define product categories' detailed sales plan and manage Merchandising KPI for Duty Paid, Duty Free and Outlet channels, working closely with related departments as well as counterparts in Italy HQ.

Job Description

SALES
  • Rolling weekly sales forecasts
  • Monthly sales forecasts by door & category
  • Store opening sales plan by category
  • Markdown strategy recommendations
  • Collaboration with teams on promotional & events sales forecasts
  • Collaboration with teams on strategic directions
  • Sales plan coordination & validation w/ Retail & Finance

BUY
  • Analysis necessary for OTB
  • MD Dept. support on OTB, order placement, Replenishment
  • Review & Update of Replenishment forecasts on required basis
  • Weekly OTB monitoring & recommendation projections

STOCK
  • Weekly stock coverage monitoring on BS by door
  • Monthly meeting with WW Supply animation on forecasted coverage
  • Fast & Slow sellers' identification & actions plan development with teams


Key Requirements
  • > 8 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
  • Excellent sense of figures and retail business insight
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
