HR & Recruitment Intern (m/f/d) - 6 months

As an HR & Recruitment Intern at aeyde, you will have the exciting opportunity to learn and grow within the people function at an ambitious and fun luxury fashion start-up in Berlin. You will have a variety of tasks including:
 

• Identifying recruitment channels and talents according to our hiring priorities 
• Creating and posting job advertisements
• Screening incoming applications, managing candidate correspondence and scheduling interviews
• Managing and auditing employee information on the HRIS tool
• Improving people processes across our organization 
• Facilitating employee assessment and development processes together with our in-house coach
• Assisting with monthly payroll preparation and visa process
• Supporting with administrative and team related tasks
