As our Technical Client Success Manager (f/m/d) you will contribute to further development and growth of our business of connecting offline partners to Zalando platform. You will provide technical support to the clients with ensuring seamless client onboarding, creating positive client experience, thereby attaining client retention, respond to and resolve complex client issues through incident recognition, research, isolation, resolution, escalation and follow up.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Improve 1st technical support processes and help scale technical support
  • Technical support of brick-and-mortar clients' onboarding, Client support and managing the solution pipeline
  • Improve client satisfaction with customer service and provide a contact for escalations
  • Work on efficiency improvement projects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Profound experience and knowledge in customer or partner support, as well as Time Management skills.
  • Industry: Interested in merchant and vendor management, especially in business/services/products related topics. Market overview and drive for excellence. Interested in tech and the affinity to learn about tech topics
  • Customer focus: Customer and service orientation, having customer and client perspectives in mind.
  • Communication: You have good communication skills in English and are able to drive your work autonomously, keeping deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders. Polish OR French language skills are required on at least a C1 level. Other languages, especially German, are a plus.

The digitization of retailers' stores and their integration with Zalando is a further step towards the best possible shopping experience for our customers. With a larger network, we can improve the availability of products and sizes in the Zalando fashion store and local stores in the future. In the long run, Zalando customers can benefit from this approach, such as location-based delivery or same-day delivery.
