We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner as part of our dynamic HR team in Milan.

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations of Creative Areas (Design, Product Development, RTW Atelier, Art Team). Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the Head of Functions and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budgets and our company culture.

How you will contribute?

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Guide the Performance, Talent and Salary reviews and succession planning
  • Build and Monitor the Budget Personnel cost
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs


Who you are?

  • Fluency in English and Italian is a must
  • 5 years' work experience specifically in Fashion Luxury industry and with Design team is a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Autonomy, ability to prioritize and impact focus;
  • Flexibility, adaptability, resilience;
  • Outstanding relationship skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization;
  • Expert in Microsoft Office;
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Luxury/Fashion Business;
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry
