Retail Concept & Campaign Engineer

Our team is looking for a Retail Concept & Campaign Engineer to help us bring to life our brand and products at our retailers. You’ll be developing and producing new POS displays and furniture in close collaboration with our in-house designers and executing various trade projects on a global level. You’ll take our POS campaigns from concept through engineering, prototyping, production and roll-out and make sure they are delivered in time and to the highest aesthetic standards. Your Team: We are a trade marketing team consisting of trade designers, producers, digital experts, rollout specialists, and soon merchandisers taking care of topics related to own retail and trade marketing at On. Our goal is to deliver a premium and innovative experience to our customers across the globe.

Your Mission:

• Develop and produce trade tools, including new SIS systems and POS displays
• Work closely with various internal teams including Brand Design, Events and our markets as well as our network of global suppliers to be a linking point between these areas
• Feasibility check of design concepts, scalability and roll out at global level
• Be an innovative and creative expert on all things related to brand experience at POS - analyzing the trade and own retail environments holistically in order to give consultancy on presenting our products and tell our brand story in the best way possible
• Take POS campaigns from concept through engineering, prototyping, production and roll-out
• Improvement/adjustments and maintenance of existing trade tools 

Your Story:

• Passion for retail design and innovation at point of sale
• At least 2 years of experience in product design, industrial design, 3D polydesign or similar fields of work (retail background is a plus)
• Experience and knowledge in the field of materials and manufacturing processes
• Love for a fast-paced environment and coordinating various tasks and schedules at the same time 
• Willingness to challenge the obvious, hands-on approach and pleasure in problem-solving 
• Sourcing and vendor management experience (considered as a plus)
