The Zalando platform enables Merchants (brands, retailers) to sell fashion articles directly to Zalando customers (online Marketplace). The CSO team purpose is to continuously improve customer satisfaction by enabling Operational Excellence for these Merchants.
As the Senior Lead for Partner Content Management, you will ensure that Zalando's marketplace offers a trustworthy, inspiring and safe shopping experience for our customers. You will manage multiple aspects related to external content provided by our Merchants, assuring that externally generated content meets our ethical, legal and quality standards. Additionally, you work closely with our service providers, producing our Merchants' content, to achieve predefined quality targets. You are responsible for a team of >5 persons.

As the Senior Lead for Partner Content Management, you will ensure that Zalando's marketplace offers a trustworthy, inspiring and safe shopping experience for our customers. WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Take full ownership of Zalando's marketplace content and quality standards to achieve high compliance rate of Merchants on the platform
- Be the point of contact for internal and external teams to share and train stakeholders regarding content- & quality-related topics
- Build and maintain a content quality program, which is compliant with corporate objectives and policies
- Report, analyse, and provide insights on the quality process and suggest improvements, which you also present to senior management
- You hold a Master degree from a top-tier university
- You have gained at least 5 years of relevant experience in content moderation and/or quality assurance related fields, preferably in a consulting firm, a start-up or a fast moving environment with first-hand leadership experience
- You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills with a strong drive to get things done
- You are solution-oriented and are able to get acquainted with the topics easily
- You have gained professional efficiency in both spoken and written English
