You support us in making Mytheresa an even more inclusive and diverse place to work and are responsible for the learning and development strategy, its implementation and realization across all locations. The role is reporting directly into the global Chief Human Resources Officer.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diversity & Inclusion:
 

  • Establish a globally consistent Diversity and Inclusion framework to support a culture of inclusion and belonging
  • Create a strong mentorship program aligned with the goals defined to empower underrepresented groups with focused guidance, and tools to succeed
  • Collaborate with the diversity committee and external consultants to strengthen the diversity strategy and process
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to design and implement strategies to attract, hire and onboard diverse talent including identifying and building relationships with appropriate professional associations and universities
  • Support the Internal Communication team to establish corresponding communications on Diversity & Inclusion topics
  • Support and Liase with the PR team in terms of external communication on Diversity & Inclusion topics
  • Facilitate and mediate in conflict cases relevant to Diversity & Inclusiveness
  • Create a bi-anual report on the status of Diversity & Inclusiveness for top management
  • Acting as the first point of contact for People Managers and the HR Business Partner team on diversity and inclusion related matters such as Anti-discrimination legislation (AGG)
  • Ensure compliance with country regulations on diversity and equity
  • Stay current on diversity trends and pursue creative program ideas
  • Establish advanced trainings on inclusivity and diversity on all levels


Learning & Development:
 

  • Evaluating the needs for trainings for People Managers and employees and develop and implement a program that aligns training with the goals and strategies of the organization
  • Review and select training materials from several vendors for appropriate content and evaluate its’ effectiveness
  • Maintenance and ongoing curation of existing training and development programs for People Managers and employees
  • Development, implementation and maintenance of in-house training programs, including train-the-trainer concepts
  • Support in the development of a career model and the establishment and implementation of a sustainable performance management approach

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant experience in the fields of Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development and organizational development
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in sociology, intercultural communications, diversity studies, gender studies, business management, human resources, psychology, or a related field
  • Preferably a certification in supervision or coaching or seminar facilitation such as a diversity-trainer certificate
  • (First) experiences in mediation
  • Experience in building and strengthening an inclusion- and diversity-oriented culture
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Adapt with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
  • Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
