How will you make an impact?

As a successful Assistant Store Manager, you will demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, assisting in the management of a small but driven team in achieving store targets.

With a proven track record in sales you will lead by example in securing deals and managing your ongoing pipeline of orders whilst developing and training your team.

Working within a fast paced environment you will possess urgency and strong time management skills ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.

• Manage your own ongoing live orders and purchase orders to ensure customers are always updated
• Composing daily reports on KPI achievement, issues and development areas for the following day
• Dressing the store every morning and merchandising display cabinets as well as packing away in the evening
• Undertaking daily stock takes and keeping box management in order
• Continuous staff training, aiding in the development and growth of your team
• Holding monthly reviews with the Store Manager
