As International Payroll Specialist you will be part of the Zalando payroll team. You are responsible for the proper payroll of our international employees and support the business in the implementation of new challenges. Through your daily work you will advance the internationalization of Zalando.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Implementation of the internationalization strategy of Zalando
  • Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of payroll accounting abroad in close cooperation with external service providers and with the entire P&O team, especially the admin team and the finance team at our headquarters in Berlin
  • Participate in setting up new processes and help to optimize existing processes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, ideally with relevant experience in the field of international payroll service, commuting and accounting.
  • Basic competence: Analytical numerical reasoning and affinity for structured or IT technical infrastructures
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and German skills is a plus
  • Excel skills are very good and ideally you have experience with SAP HCM
