YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL BY
• Supporting the design, implementation and monitoring of our HR controlling process and compensation strategies on a worldwide scale with the aim of ensuring their consistency and alignment with Group's policy and external markets
• HR Controlling
• Contributing to the implementation of a solid HR controlling process
• Defining relevant HR controlling indicators and dashboards to identify problems and opportunities and to measure performance
• Monitoring headcount evolution throughout all entities
• Ensuring global HR data accuracy
• Compensation
• Supporting markets and entities on job ranking evaluation process
• Analyzing data for the annual review process in order to provide timely and accurate recommendations and reports for senior management decisions
• Leading the preparation of the salary review and retention plan processes and supporting entities in their deployment
• Conducting several surveys and analysis of internal and external compensation practices and trends to identify our weaknesses and strengths and to propose solutions to improve them
• Generating regular and ad hoc reports on compensation and staff costs
ABOUT YOU
• You hold a Master degree or equivalent in Business Administration or in Human Resources Management
• You feel at ease with managing and analyzing data
• You perfectly master Microsoft Excel and SAP HR
• You offer strong project management and organizational skills
• You enjoy working in an agile and dynamic environment
• You are rigorous, team player and customer oriented
• You fluently speak English and French
