As a Tech Support Specialist your primary responsibility will be resolving issues and problems internal users and suppliers might have in regards to systems used in the Purchase to Pay Process.

This means you are expected to work on our internally used tools and processes to resolve support tickets and additionally find ways to improve and streamline how we work.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Analyze incoming requests for information and support and determine if a support issue needs to be resolved by 2nd level support, product teams, or if you can resolve the issue yourself
  • Analyze current administrative and reporting tools for improvements to be implemented by you
  • Participate in the roll-out of new or modified tools and services, and inform users about current and coming policies for information transfer


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Min. 1-2 years experience in IT support in a dynamic environment, as well as experience in system and/or process documentation
  • Proficient user in MS Excel, good working knowledge of other MS Office programs
  • Service mindset with an interest in processes and technology, strong quality orientation, excellent organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and good German is a plus
  • Knowledge of coding languages, as well as Database Management, are a plus
