Title: Associate Manager, NA Outlet Ecommerce
Primary Purpose: As part of the growing Outlet .com team, the Associate Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Outlet Ecommerce and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of merchandising strategies on CoachOutlet.com.

- Manage monthly ecom shot list and collaborate with photography team to ensure PDP imagery is compelling and accurately reflects products key feature and benefits
- Assist Outlet Ecom team with site validations, ensuring all pricing and merchandising strategies are as expected and troubleshooting and executing any pricing updates needed
- Create and maintain promotional workbooks, effectively communicating pricing and promotional strategies to cross functional teams
- Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure featured product represents site strategies and ensure all marketing skus are live on site
- Collaborate with Site Merchandising team to ensure product catalog is updated and accurately reflects weekly pricing and online exclusive product tags
- Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly product reporting and insights
- Maintain robust competitive intelligence to monitor trends, pricing strategies and presentation techniques

The accomplished individual will possess...
- BA or BS degree required
- 1-3 years ecommerce merchandising or buying/planning experience required
- Must have strong Excel skills; Merchandising systems experience required, Demandware experience a plus
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills; comprehensive understanding of retail math
- Team-oriented with ability to interact with partners across the organization
- Stronglistening,written and oral communication skills
- Excellent ability to adapt to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency
