Job Details

Tiger of Sweden and By Malene Birger are together embarking on an exciting journey to successfully transform both brands into modern, IT-independent and digital-driven companies.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organise and coordinate this key transformation program.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and strong communicator and will have experience in managing staff from different disciplines and locations to produce results in a timely manner, in the context of a large transformation. The candidate will also be able to develop efficient strategies, governance and tactics to secure progress and quality in the delivery, within the scope of the Program.

As a Program Manager we expect you to take the following responsibilities

  • Scope, define, organise and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Achivement of key program targets:
  • Set clear KPI’s and timely check in’s and continuously communicate these to project teams and key stakeholders to monitor progress and anticipate potential deviations.
  • Lead impact assessment and identify benefits and risks continuously throughout the program
  • Plan overall program deadlines including critical path
  • Apply change, risk and resource management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Raise relevant questions for decision making with key stakeholders, support with context and prioritization.
  • Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
  • Prepare reports and report to program steering committee
  • provide guidance to the project teams, both to IT and to business stakeholders. You will oversee the progress of deliveries to ensure that expected results are achieved in time and on budget.
  • Assume responsibility for the Program’s direct resources and vendors

  • Ability to set-up a structured program within a dynamic, frequently changing environment across multiple teams and locations
  • Ability to manage scope and business expectations
  • Ability to challenge the status-quo and the way we work to find best solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail whilst understanding the importance of the big picture
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, reporting and follow up
  • An understanding of the processes in the Fashion industry is an advantage

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position. At least 7 years’ experience from similar positions, leading large-scale IT projects and/or programs in an end-user organisation
  • Experience in ERP implementations, ideally in the fashion industry
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
