Your Team:

We are a team of writers, campaigners, and social media specialists. At our core, we tell compelling stories about the experiences our technology makes possible. We live to reflect and channel the energy, passion and global nature of the company into our daily work. Your Mission:

  • Make sure that the site is publishing every day, and at a volume high enough for the site to continue to grow.
  • Regularly communicate with the content team regarding site goals, traffic, and progress.

  • Plan, set up, and optimize local campaigns by driving best practices across people, process, and tools.
  • Make judgements regarding necessary workload reassignment and deadline negotiations with the regional teams.
  • Cover page performance, metrics, team performance, issue monitoring, and opportunities.
  • Help manage the site's Facebook and Twitter accounts, and help them continue to grow.
  • Facilitate day-to-day communication with key partners: publishers, partner agencies, clients, strategic partners, etc.

Your Story:

  • At least four years of experience supporting project scoping, team structure assessment, KPI setting, and manpower requirements.
  • Track record of expediting efficient briefings and facilitating team meetings.
  • Experience in social care/community management during increases in inbound message volume.
  • Project management and data-driven social media skills.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves in brainstorming sessions related to content creation.
  • Skills transferring article text and images to CMS, collaborating with editors to determine the best way to translate content.
  • Passionate about using data to drive insights and optimizations that create better connections for consumers.
  • You are reliable, able to meet deadlines and to organise your own and others’ time
