As a Sales Assistant, you're part of a high performing team, creating new and innovative ways to connect people and fashion. You will closely work and support our Sales Manager in their operational tasks and act as an interface between Integration, Key Account and Category/Wholesale teams.

  • Supporting the Sales Managers with day to day operational tasks, such as: Gathering and analyzing data for business cases, preparing sales pitch decks, and checking brand content/image standards.
  • Organizing and maintaining accounts throughout the sales funnel process, processing and tracking contracts as well as keeping data up to do on our internal tools
  • Collaborating with various departments and acting as a point of contact for Content Creation, Integration, Key Account and Wholesale Teams during the sales/brand onboarding phases
  • Developing and optimizing processes for the Partner Program Sales Team
  • Analytical and a problem solver, holding a bachelor's / master's degree or having gained some initial work experience.
  • Great organizational and time management skills and an eye for detail even when working under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral and are fluent/native in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
  • Passionate for technology and the fashion industry and are an experienced user of Salesforce and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
