Experiential Digital Producer - Coach Brand

Responsibilities:
- Creating project plans that embrace both the creative vision of the project and the business needs of the company
- Coordinating and leading project kick-off meetings, including the staffing of these projects and management of overall project schedule/timelines
- Facilitate any pre-project dialogue with relevant department leads
- Creating schedules that serve as a guide for the project from start to finish. Schedules will not only include start and end dates, but creative milestones in between, coordination deadlines and all major time constraints to be considered, duration of individual team member engagement, and critical creative reviews.
- Drafting and submitting both creative and production briefs
- Building and maintaining asset tracking spreadsheets
- Monitoring progress through regular check ins with key cross-functional partners
- Ongoing prioritization of projects and redistributing workloads accordingly
- Daily communication with internal and external team members(3D and 2D creative studio, developers, external agencies, e-commerce and Marketing, Business Units) ensuring clear expectations are set and maintained with other teams and departments
- Help teams understand the creative and business purposes of projects while also providing the guardrails they need to adhere to in order to be successful
- Establish and continue to refine roles and responsibilities across the organization globallyto ensure ongoing effectiveness
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Passionate about using the creative application of new technologies; AR/VR, interactive installations
- Clear communication (both written and verbal)
- The ability to arrange, organize and lead meetings
- High level of resiliency
- Familiarity with creating RACI's
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed global organization
- The ability to break down a creative concept and scale globally into real deliverables.
- Project documentation organization - keeping an organized collection of decks, schedules and correspondence using Google Docs.
- Proficient with Slack (making channels, archiving channels, pinning important information)
- Experience with PM software, i.e. basecamp, asana

Experience:
- 4+ years of digital and/or experiential production experience
- Experience seeing digital projects from start to finish
- Experience in a design agency
- Experience working with developers, designers and marketing departments
- Experience rolling out international projects
- Experience in fashionand/or retail a plus
