Job Title: Associate Manager, Digital Marketing - Outlet
Summary: Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing & CRM, the Associate Manager of Digital Marketing will support the growth of the Stuart Weitzman Outlet business, both online and brick-and-mortar boutiques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive performance of the North America Outlet channel (both online & in-stores) through effective 360 Digital Marketing strategies & actions across Email, Paid Search, Paid Social & Affiliates
- Plan out calendar & asset needs for the Outlet business; ensure briefs are submitted in timely manner and that they provide clarity in terms of terms of messaging and creative needs to meet business objectives
- Partner with internal creative department to ensure assets are created on time and delivered/trafficked to appropriate media partners
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategy to .com experience
- Manage agency relationships in order to drive a holistic targeting & placement approach to achieve set goals for the year
- Partner with CRM & other digital marketing team members to ensure appropriate targeting for the channel
- Manage and track the Outlet Digital Marketing budget, ensuring both ROAS and topline sales targets are met
- Analyze and report on performance weekly, monthly and annually, along with resulting implications/recommendations on opportunities (including future tests)
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices and techniques
- Research and stay ahead of digital innovation, exploring new digital opportunities and formulating proposals for how they can be leveraged
- Stay abreast of competitive behavior and trends
Skills and Abilities Required
- Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing capacity
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics in addition to Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
- Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills
- Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast paced team environment
Education and Experience Required
- 1-3 years Digital marketing or ecommerce experience required
- Bachelor's degree required
