Our team is looking for a dynamic new team member to support all Trade related activations in Germany. You will work very closely with the German Marketing- and Sales Team, ensuring seamless executions of all locally planned retailer and trade initiatives. You will help find opportunities with dealers to grow brand awareness and sellout - managing projects from brief through to execution.

Your Mission:

• Your mission is to drive brand awareness across our three verticals - Performance Run / Performance Outdoor / Performance All Day - with a focus on our Performance All Day retail partners. 
• You will work on the interface between our retail partners and various departments at On, e.g. sales, brand design, or events
• You will be the contact person for marketing related matters of our retail partners, concerning digital as well as in-store requests
• Develop impactful brand experiences and installations - innovating consumer shopping experiences 
• Working closely with our sales team, you will support sell-ins with campaign-related marketing initiatives such as in-store installations and digital campaigns, shop windows or events
• You will maintain, evaluate and optimize marketing initiatives based on their generated data in our CRM system, e.g. ROI
• You will grow in the role of a fully-fledged Retail Marketing Specialist - delivering best in class, 360-degree marketing campaigns - and taking over greater responsibility in the German market as you develop
• Improvement of existing and development of new event concepts for different target groups 
• Owning the retail consumer journey and GTM roadmap

Your Story:

• You bring 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in retail activation, events and with strong digital understanding
• You are familiar with the running retail industry and understand the challenges, opportunities and needs of this industry (multi-channel) with retail or brand marketing experience
• You are a self-starter, solution-oriented and have a strongly organized way of working that helps you to stay on top of your projects in a fast-paced environment
• You are design orientated, think creatively and have an understanding of brand building
• Your work is characterized by diligence and detail orientation which enables you to switch flexibly between the specific task structure and the bigger picture of your projects
• You enjoy cross-functional communication and cooperation with other departments as well as external partners – you are a natural networker that likes to pitch their ideas to others
• You like being out on the road, visiting our retail partners – with 30% of your working time away from the desk. The rest of your working week will be from your home office or our office in Berlin
• You are a German native speaker and fluent in English
