This internship role is a unique opportunity for an exceptional person to be part of a distinct go to market strategy and learn how to develop online community building plan to grow C&E as a brand.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in monitoring our online communities - local Instagram account, Tik Tok global account and helping to increase engagement.

· Work closely with the C&E team to ensure top community leaders are selected and reached out to.

· Assist in the development of our TikTok story telling calendar through research of latest trends and activation of competitors.

· Assist in social posting on Tik Tok (coordinating with copy writer or team to ensure each post has highly engaging copy)

· Assist in Influencer and Community leaders outreach (including coordinating, finding new influencers and community leaders which align with our brand ethos, development of influencer campaign concepts)

· Coordinate with our Community Manager to ensure our online stories/community building activities reflect/include our offline activities and Global calendar.

 

Experience & Competencies Required:

· Experience managing business of social media account

· Mobile technology fluency

· Knowledge of the TikTok app and platform

· Great communication and team-working skills

· Eager to learn and strategize with the team

Education and Qualifications Required:

· Must be enrolled in a Graduate or Undergraduate program

· Must be currently enrolled in a Internship School program

 

Tools Skills:

· Growth- A desire to continually grow both personally and professionally while still having contentment

· Flexibility- ability to be flexible with responsibilities and task within a small business that is growing and maturing

· Multitasking- ability to multitask and juggle between different projects and tasks

 

This position is an unpaid internship that is designed to help with college credit. You can use this position for the college credit you need for an internship in your specific major. You will receive whatever credit needed to fulfill that internship requirement.
