Job Details

  • Be the face towards our aeyde.com customers with excellent customer care:
    • Ensuring customer happiness at all stages with an always positive, customer focused and pragmatic mindset
    • Assisting our customers directly via email & telephone
    • Delivering best possible solutions and advice to our customers by liaising directly with our fulfilment operations & product team
    • Striving to improve overall customer service to ensure excellent service quality
    • Collecting customer feedback, efficiently drawing conclusions and liaising internally to constantly improve aeyde’s product and service offering
  • Streamlining and optimizing customer service & operations processes:
    • Constantly reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and systems

 

Your profile:

  • +2 years of experience in online customer service or a service oriented / customer facing role (preferably in a digital environment)
  • Job qualification or higher education in a related field, e.g. hotel management, service management or business administration
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in communicating with demanding / sophisticated clients 
  • Self-dependent and solution-oriented style of work, whilst being pragmatic and able to make quick decisions 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level), both oral and written
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and similar tools
  • Love for fashion is a strong plus
