This role will be 100% remote/WFH.

Position Objective

This position is responsible for creating intuitive user experiences, exploring design concepts, collaborating with developers, understanding user needs, identifying usability opportunities, and meeting technical business objectives. Concepts and ideas will be translated into workable wireframes, user task flow diagrams, and functional design specifications. Presents design solutions to key stakeholders and see them through to delivery. Partner with product management and development to efficiently and effectively support the product roadmap.

FunctionalResponsibilities
  • Actively participates in and leads new initiatives across the company.
  • Makes data-driven design choices by looking at qualitative and quantitative data, like usage metrics and performance data.
  • Ensures high-quality user experiences across all our sites.
  • Improves team efficiency and ensures timely delivery of team's projects by coaching UX designers and removing roadblocks.
  • Helps evolve and drive our best practices, design standards, and patterns.
  • Balances team leadership and hands-on product design.
  • Seeks clarity and alignment across business functions, always thinking about the business needs as well as the experience of the customer.
  • Ensures a systemic design aesthetic.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams as well as the greater UX team throughout the design process.
  • Ability to influence and solicit buy-in with stakeholders and business leadership.
  • Leads the production of prototypes for illustration and/or business decision-making.
  • Produces or assists with the creation of development-ready assets in partnership with Brand creative teams.
  • Ensures consistency and best-practice design within and across digital properties for all brands by complying to style guidelines and reusing common design elements and functional mechanics.
  • Values individuality and the diverse talents of their team. Leads the team by communicatingexpectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team to be their best.

Education
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in interactive design or graphic design

Required Qualifications

· 5 years as a User Experience Designer or equivalent (creating user flows, wire frames, mockups, generating assets and specifications for integration into digital products)

· Experience leading successful teams

· Expert level skills in Sketch, Design System management and other associated design tools

· Experience leading and delivering on full-life-cycle design projects--from design strategy through execution

· Proven ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across multi-functional teams

· Strong knowledge of industry best practices and competitive landscape

· Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Fashion experience a major plus

Pay range is commensurate with relevant skills, industry experience and track record of success, among other factors as applicable for the position.

Associates may be eligible for incentive compensation based on a variety of factors including achievement of department/brand/corporate performance metrics and/or other variables as applicable for the position.
