OTB & Buying
- Prepare Seasonal Buying Plan
- Category mix, seasonal mix, carryover stock classification
- Manage purchase & buying
- Product review & feedback to HQ
New Products
- Tracking new products launch according to launch calendar.
- Merchandising training documents
- New product training for retail shops
- Work with the Marketing team in the market planning and supporting marketing events of merchandise
Seasonal markdown and discount items
- Seasonal markdown plan/proposal
- Goods return & discount application -
- Discounted seasonal item consolidation plan
- Off season stock and discount review -
- Stock balance monitor and further markdown
Outlet and Family Sale
- Outlet merchandising plan/proposal of each season
- Goods return & replenish
- Cooperate with retail & logistic team for the Family Sale
New Store opening arrangement
- Prepare the merchandising
- Support the opening preparation with retail team
- Onsite training for new opening store
- Make sure the new store have full range of products on time
Trunk Show
- Commercial sample borrow from HQ
- Trunk show merchandise prepare for store
- Support trunk show with retail team and marketing team
Report supporting
- Weekly merchandising report review and comments for management
- Monthly merchandising report for sales commentary
- Sales analysis reports review for buying
- Other required merchandising reports
Market Research
- Competitive pricing review
- Market feedback to HQ
- Market research or shop visit with HQ colleagues
Quality Checking Related
- Product quality feedback collect from shops and feedback to HQ
- Follow up quality issue with HQ
- Commercial decision on sold items
- Decision on stock reparation
REQUIREMENTS
• Possess high knowledge of fashion industry, ideally in leather goods and women apparel
• Have at least 4 years of experience in similar position
• Organized and detail oriented
• Good in both oral and written communications (Chinese & English)
• Good in analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to travel as required
