Position Overview
The ideal candidate is an experienced manager working closely with development, product and project management teams. They use data to derive insights into consumer shopping behavior to recommend ideas to improve the user experience, resulting in higher engagement and conversion. They have the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and collaborate with multiple teams within a large organization. Additionally, this individual should have the ability to think strategically in helping to build out a roadmap needed to support business growth and can train a leading site experience team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage the execution of the Club Monaco roadmap. · Main day to day liaison with the Ralph Lauren Digital team for product management, project management and development. · Build business cases for projects through ROI analysis. · Write high level business requirements for all projects. · UAT all Club Monaco related projects to ensure business requirements are met and partner with proper cross-functional teams for sign off. · Develop and execute A/B testing roadmap and leverage AI and CRM to provide the most personalized and individually unique site experience. · Responsible for analyzing key performance metrics and present ideas for optimizing the site experience. · Responsible for prioritizing workflow and communication to teams impacted and/or requesting features across the Club Monaco organization. · Continuously look at trends across the industry and benchmark competitive campaigns. · Responsible for a team managing the weekly/bi-weekly site refreshes including content and promotion updates and builds. · Manage day to day communications with 3rd parties. · Partner with creative team on content planning process with the goal to get delivery of assets in a timely manner for execution onsite.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Experience in a retail driven environment. · Keen understanding of development timelines and sprints. · Self-starter with superior time management, project management, and organizational skills. · Ability to work cross functionally, understanding different needs of the business and managing expectations. · Understanding of business impact as it relates to customer journey. · Experience with running and evaluating results from user testing initiatives. · Experience with A/B testing platforms. · Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware). · Desire and ambition to keep ahead of industry trends and new technologies. · Exceptional data-analysis skills and ability to communicate findings effectively in a non-technical manner. · Self-motivated, resourceful and creative mindset. · Excellent communication skills · Ability to develop and maintain respectful, strong relationships across the organization.
