Overview
British luxury brand Olivia von Halle is seeking to recruit an Ecommerce Manager on a 1-year fixed maternity cover contract, beginning March 2021. This is a fast-paced role requiring proven previous experience, confidence and a proactive approach for a rapidly growing luxury brand.
The Role
- Ownership of ecommerce channel
- Responsible for driving growth and spotting commercial opportunities beyond current organisational thinking
- Responsible for optimising the customer journey from customer acquisition to engagement, conversion and customer retention
- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, manage and execute findings
- Responsible for reporting on product performance, providing and implementing actionable insights
- Responsible for ecommerce store merchandising and sharing insights with the wider team to drive sales
- Represent the online customer throughout the business, including in seasonal range plan meetings
- Manage web agency and oversee development priorities based on company objectives
- Proactively manage digital media agency to deliver exceptional SEO, PPC & paid social campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and develop strategies for growth
- Responsible for seasonal product uploads, organising and collating assets from across departments
- Work closely with affiliate management company to maintain affiliate programme
- Ownership of email database, developing segmentation strategies for customer retention campaigns
The Ideal Candidate
- An experienced, motivated and ambitious self-starter
- 2+ years’ experience in a comparable role
- Possess the confidence and a willingness to drive the role forward
- Analytical and process-driven mindset
- Very strong organizational and coordination skills
- Able to proactively manage independent workload
- Good problem solver and trouble shooter
- Ability to build strong lateral relationships with multiple players across multiple agencies
- Passionate about website development and the online customer experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoy working within a small but dedicated team
- Basic HTML skills desired or willing to learn
- Shopify or equivalent experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
