What do we expect from you?

You will be responsible for the entire e-business for region: E-Commerce platform, Client Relations Center (CRC), Omnichannel initiatives, developing and implementing strategic E-business plans to achieve digital sales growth targets.

You will be responsible for E-Commerce & CRC sales targets, KPIs, budget and online shop P&L.

You will use detailed site analytics, monthly / weekly sales performance reports (including KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average basket, return rate...) to improve performance and drive all online activity decision-making for the website and improve site optimization.

You will build E-Commerce and CRC phone sales product assortment planning and campaign calendar and develop and grow best in class customer experience.

You will manage concierge and E-Commerce support services to our end clients.

You will develop and grow best in class Client and User Experience integrating omnichannel

You will develop and lead a team of highly motivated, result driven ambassadors, leveraging on all product and other relevant trainings (selling protocol, Service protocol, etc.)

You will monitor industry trends and competitor activities and recommend action to ensure we build and maintain a leadership position in E-business.

You will be the key contact regarding Middle East Region and E-business activity development for HQ teams and Market (Retail, Operations, Communications and Marketing departments ...), establishing yourself as an expert in this field.

You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all the levels!
