As a Commercial Project Manager within ZMS, you will be part of the Commercial Development Team, holistically managing the commercial ZMS propositions across our key stakeholders.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Play a core role in the end-to-end management and activation of our ZMS annual commercial marketing campaigns; by leading the project teams that will bring campaigns from ideation & concept phase, content production and campaign execution, through to campaign launch and evaluation
  • Our annual commercial calendar opens opportunities such as gifting, new season and sales moments to our Brand Partners, therefore a commercial/retail background will be a strong skill within this role.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Partner Consultancy, ZMS Creative, Consumer Insights, Media AdOperations and Measurement & Analytics, along with Zalando Category Teams, Retail Markets and Zalando Marketing, to deliver a seamless campaign experience by being a holistic touchpoint across the full campaign life cycle.
  • Autonomously manage campaign project teams ensuring a high level of both internal and external stakeholder expectation management; by determining campaign critical paths, transparent accountability of tasks, and creating clear communication channels to deliver successful campaigns and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor campaign execution and performance to ensure campaigns are fully optimised in-flight, leading all key stakeholders to deliver the most successful results.
  • Proactively drives campaign retrospectives and brand feedback to transform insights into innovative developments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 3+ years of campaign/project management experience within Online Marketing, preferably within a fashion e-Commerce company, a digital media agency or online publisher.
  • Strong experience in Project and Stakeholder Management by building trust-based relationships within a matrix environment, and identifying the right stakeholders when working on tasks.
  • Knowledgeable about the digital and influencer marketing landscape, the most important channels and players, along with their KPIs and interpretation.
  • Track record of managing and delivering successful, commercial digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Able to prioritize and manage workloads across multiple campaigns and strong in managing expectations of all parties involved; by staying cool, calm and collected even when the going gets tough.
  • Team player and love collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You live for change, embrace collaboration and act proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills - Fluent English, German is a plus.
