We are seeking an extremely personable and professional Recruiter to join Knot Standard and spearhead our fast and reliable growth. Our ideal candidate is someone who makes connections, builds relationships, and pursues opportunities.

The Recruiter role is a full-time opportunity for someone who has a strong passion for sourcing and the desire to be part of a fast-growing company. For this position, you must have experience in sales recruiting, preferably in the apparel industry.

To date, we operate 10 appointment-only showrooms in New York, Bloomingdale’s, Chicago, D.C., Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. Coupling high-touch client experience and strong product knowledge, Knot Standard is redefining the menswear industry.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will make an impact by:

  • Managing end to end recruitment process for nine Showroom locations, as well as Company Headquarters
  • High volume recruiting for Style Advisor/Sales role across the US
  • Creating, assessing, and communicating recruiting reporting and analytics and recruitment strategy to leadership teams
  • Identifying hiring needs and developing job descriptions based on business and team needs
  • Sourcing and engaging with qualified candidates through various recruiting platforms and outreach and creative strategies
  • Maintaining Knot Standard’s ATS, Greenhouse, by fairly and effectively reviewing applications, ensuring job postings are active and accurate, and revising automated communication templates
  • Closing candidates - from drafting Offer Letter, extending verbal offer, negotiation, and employment decision
  • Collaborating with HR Coordinator to successfully onboard new hires - from communicating start dates, training plans, etc.
  • Providing a positive experience as the point of contact by providing clear communication to candidates and hiring managers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for:

  • 3 to 5+ years of recruiting experience (preferably retail sales experience) – creative and strategic in approach
  • Unafraid to assertively “hunt” for high potential talent through outreach and sourcing
  • The ability to provide a positive and organized candidate experience throughout the recruiting life cycle
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills; written and verbal
  • High level of acumen with recruiting reporting and analytics; such as key recruiting metrics and KPI’s
  • Experience working within an ATS - Greenhouse preferred
  • The drive and passion to be involved and to network
