  • Lead disciplinary processes and work with the relevant team when needed

Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment Strategy:

  • Optimize and scale the overall team and process for recruiting transformational talent, candidate evaluation processes, interview best practices, candidate follow-up, recruiting KPIs and their continuous improvement to drive the growth strategy
  • Help to establish and improve full employee lifecycle (on-boarding, performance reviews, internal communications, off-boarding)
  • With the help of our Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Manager, build and drive the global Diversity & Inclusion HR strategy
  • Support multiple business areas with their recruitment needs, being quick to understand the demands of different teams
  • Constantly strive to improve the quality, time and cost efficiency of the recruiting function

Effective Employee Training Programs:

  • Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and other relevant channels
  • Train managers on building and leading world class teams with a strong culture of performance and learning and development
  • Incorporate social and environment practices into employee programs
  • Drive a culture of performance and support managers to implement Performance Development Plan to develop talents

Background & Skills:
